OUTCOME 4. FOUR TRAINED TARGET GROUPS TRAINED ON BASE OF ILAN COURSE


  For pilot training on the basis of ILAN course members of 4 target groups were selecte from Russian universities:
- FL group - young teachers of special foreign language,
- TT group - young teachers of technical disciplines,
- PG+MS joint group of postgraduate and master students,
- AM group - administrative members of academic mobility management.
  In the period of September-December 2008 a series of trainings of target group members on improvement of their skills in multimedia means application in teaching process on the basis of TREM course was carried out. The main results of these trainings consist of receiving by target group members necessary skills for usage of software, multimedia facilities for self-study and for the development of electronic manuals.
  In the period of March-June 2009 trainings of technical teachers and postgraduates on selected modules of ILAN course for their language qualification improvement were carried out in RU2 and RU5. The trainings have been held by the Russian developers of the course for testing its pilot version. Feedback from the trainees and their suggestions have been taken into consideration for the ILAN course improvement. Special workshop on testing ILAN course was organized in Linköping (SE3) in April 2009, at which the developers had the possibility to participate in English lessons for foreign students.
By the results of training the participants of the joint group (master and postgraduate students, technical teachers) for test training on the basic ILAN course modules were selected from target groups representatives. In September-October 2009 in Klagenfurt (A1) 2-week training of the joint group was organized, the training was carried out by both Russian developers and European experts.
