PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For the academic coordination and
management the Project Management Board (PMB) was elected during the
kick-off meeting. According to the recommendations of the European
Commission representatives of all Consortium members were included
in the PMB. The PMB decided the division of tasks between the
partners and is responsible for the quality control.
For the day-to-day project management an administrative group consisting
of the Grant holder and staff members of the Center of Academic
Mobility of RU2 was appointed. During the project regular workshops
of the administrative group were carried out for preparing and
management of trainings, meetings, travels and financial matters,
planning of the activities and reporting. The most significant
points on project management worked out by the administrative group
are prepared for discussion and approval by PMB.
Administrative support for the project by top-managers (rectors or
vice-rectors) of each University of the Consortium has played an
important role in the project success and achievements of its
outcomes. Special meetings with the Universities' administration
during the project implementation increased their motivation and
interest to the project.
